INCIDENT: Indecent Exposure OCCURRED: October 5, 2022 (Wednesday)/ Approximately 12:45 p.m. LOCATION: Rudy’s Café at Van Munching Hall, College Park, Maryland UMPD CASE #: 2022-74429 BRIEF DETAILS: On October 5, 2022, at approximately 1:39 p.m., the University of Maryland Police Department received a report of an indecent exposure that occurred today at approximately 12:45 p.m. A woman reported to police that she was inside Rudy’s Café at Van Munching Hall when she saw a man who was watching something on his computer and exposed himself.
